1. Return Conditions

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, return requests are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged, incorrect, or not as ordered upon delivery.
  • There was a significant delay in delivery beyond the agreed time.

Return requests must be submitted within one hour of receiving the order.

2. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted in the following cases:

  • If the order is canceled before dispatch from the warehouse.
  • If the product arrives damaged.
  • If the wrong item is delivered.
  • If there is a clear delay in delivery beyond the scheduled time.
